About The Role:

You will be responsible for coordinating and participating in multi-agency groups

You will provide a high level of professionalism when working with our stakeholders.

You will be working as a part of our leadership team including other team leaders, and report directly to your Service Manager.

You will facilitate Team meetings and supervision.

About You:

Our ideal candidate would have: Minimum Cert IV related qualification An interest in working within a agile and growing team of Youth Workers and Team Leaders The ability to provide quality support and supervision to our team of Youth Workers so that they, in turn, can provide therapeutic care to our young people.

Experience as a Case Manager or Team Leader.

A robust focus on organisation and structure within a Residential Service, developing and supporting a team to implement therapeutic care for our Young People. A sense of humour and a team-first attitude towards working together.
