Located in the historic 88 Limestone Street precinct, Pumpyard Bar is the home of 4 Hearts Brewing serving award-winning beer, a tantalising selection of spirits and mixers and food that can only be described as sensational comfort food.

Assist the Venue Manager & Assistant Manager in day-to-day venue operations on a full time basis.

Be well-versed in everything beer, cocktails, wine and spirits.

To be successful in this role you will:

Understand the importance of systems and processes within the brewpub.

Have a strong understanding and knowledge of craft beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.

Be RSA qualified
- this is essential.

Be passionate about hospitality and hands-on with a strong focus on customer service, experience, and results.

Be available to work a flexible roster including weekends and some evenings; and

Be efficient and adaptable with the ability to think on your feet.
