About the Role

As a Host, your welcoming smile, natural energy, and helpful nature will help customers feel welcome and comfortable while exploring BOUNCE. You will host kids’ parties or school groups, score dodgeball games, and inspire first‑time jumpers, interacting confidently with customers of all ages. Your primary responsibility is to ensure each customer has an awesome and safe time from entry to exit.

Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all guests. Manage the flow of guests during parties, group events, and games. Ensure safety procedures are followed and respond to incidents as a first responder. Assist with basic trampoline skills and demonstrate safe usage. Support barista duties as required. Maintain a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.

Training & Development

BOUNCE provides comprehensive training covering venue operations, barista skills, basic trampoline techniques, party and group hosting, and L2/Senior First Aid. Opportunities exist to progress into leadership and coaching positions.

Qualifications At least 15 years old. Willingness to work weekends. Working With Children check required. Passion for customer service and a friendly, encouraging attitude.
