We’re looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor who takes pride in quality workmanship, strong leadership, and getting the job done right. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects, and still aren’t afraid to throw on the nail bag on the odd occasion when needed — we want to hear from you. What We’re Looking For
· 3–5+ years’ experience as a supervisor.
· Carpentry trade background essential
· Strong knowledge of NCC requirements and QBCC legislation
· Current White Card and Australian Driver’s Licence
· QBCC Site Supervisor Licence preferred.
· Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and solve problems proactively.
· Solid communication skills and attention to detail
