Security Officer (Ipswich)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Security Officer to join UGL in providing high quality security services in accordance with site policies and procedures to our client based on a critical site and business with a long‑term future in the Ipswich region. Responsibilities As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for all tasks related to security and access control along with supporting administrative tasks. Requirements
- Current Qld Security License (Both Unarmed and Monitoring)
- Current Applied First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
- Current Queensland Driver’s License
- Construction Industry White / Blue Card
- Competent computer skills
- The ability to work 12‑hour shifts, including night shift and weekends
- Proven experience with administrative tasks
- Advanced customer service skills
- The ability to make sound judgement calls
- The ability to work both in a team as well as autonomously
- Completion of a rigorous pre‑employment medical including drug and alcohol screening for short‑listed candidates Benefits
