- Operate machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with site requirements.
- Assist with general labouring and site support tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors.
- Conduct pre-start checks and basic machinery maintenance.
- Adhere to WHS standards and company safety policies.
- Report hazards, equipment issues or delays promptly. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a construction environment.
- Relevant machinery tickets or licenses (excavator, loader, roller, skid steer).
- Strong understanding of secure operating procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a secure work environment.
