Centre Director | Flinders View QLD This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education and building a positive centre culture. About the Role As Centre Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while leading and mentoring a team of educators to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families. You will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting a team of educators and leadership staff
- Managing centre operations, compliance, and occupancy
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
- Driving a positive team culture and high-performance environment
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and company policies
- Supporting curriculum development and educational excellence What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Centre Director within a large Early Childhood Education
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and relevant legislation
- Proven ability to build occupancy and maintain strong family relationships
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Current Blue Card / Working with Children Check What’s on Offer
