Civil Labourer: Training toward Equipment Operator (Ipswich)

- Assist in concrete pouring, mixing, and finishing
- General civil labouring, including site setup, formwork preparation, and cleanup
- Help with concrete delivery and distribution on site
- Site cleanup, including removing debris and excess materials
- Assist trades and operators as required, including supporting excavators and other machinery on-site
- Perform site safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations
- Work alongside concrete crews, learning the best industry practices Experience Required
- Some experience as a concrete labourer, with a understanding of concrete placement, finishing, and related tasks
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- White Card
- Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license (some sites are in remote areas)
