- You have a friendly, caring personality and fantastic patient care/customer service skills
- Ideally you will have previous dental experience, however experience in a similar field will also be highly regarded
- Flexible with work location when necessary & have reliable transport
- Have full Australian work rights without restrictions
- Understand that due to the nature of our business we operate from Monday through to Saturday
- Team player with excellent communication skills, reliable, dedicated & work with integrity to support your colleagues Responsibilities
- Welcoming dental patients & visitors, prioritising customer care, in person, by phone and email
- Managing patient appointments, updating patient information, ensuring confidentiality & accuracy
- Processing payments & medical insurance claims, issuing receipts
- Start & end of day procedures including banking/accounting functions
- Assisting dentists, caring for patients and preparing dental rooms and equipment
- Preparing set up for various dental procedures
- Sterilisation of equipment & dental rooms, ensuring careful attention to workplace health & safety practices
- Following policies & procedures and accurately completing charts and patient information
