You will be a key contact for customers, drivers, and the operations team, ensuring freight movements are accurately recorded and documentation is maintained. - Process and confirm customer delivery and collection bookings
- Prepare daily delivery manifests and operational documentation
- Maintain accurate records in freight management systems
- Collect, check, and reconcile driver paperwork
- Support pallet reconciliation and operational reporting
- Assist operations team with general administrative tasks Skills & Experience
- Previous admin experience in transport, logistics, or high-volume operations
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with customers, drivers, and internal teams
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficient with operational systems and Microsoft Office Personal Attributes
- Reliable, qualified, and proactive
