Grounds Maintenance Labourers (Ipswich)

We are currently hiring for multiple gardener positions in Ipswich & Surrounds Join a respected, well-established business in the Garden Maintenance and Landscaping industry. Your Role We are seeking an experienced gardener to deliver high-quality grounds maintenance as part of our dedicated team. You will work with a Team Lead and will be carrying out a variety of maintenance and landscaping activities. Key Responsibilities
- Use whipper snippers and blowers
- Operate both push & ride mowers to maintain large open spaces
- Assist with landscaping and general maintenance tasks as required
- Manage delivery of works in office to maintain productivity and quality
- Follow all safe work practices and contribute to a strong safety culture What You Bring To succeed in this role, you will bring experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance, along with:
- A current, clean driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Blue Card –Mandatory(Or willing to obtain)
- Current police check (Or willing to obtain)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
