Our client seeks a Site Administrator to join their site team working on the Balranald project. As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the client's site team. This role will also be supporting the compliance of the business process for the construction site. Candidates will only be considered from the Eastern Seaboard for this role. On offer is an initial 12 month contract on a 2 and 1 rotation. What you’ll do
- Complete induction sheets, scan, file and enter details into the training matrix.
- Ensure licences and VOC are entered.
- Keep compliant and comprehensive record keeping, including paper records, receipts, and files, ensuring they are kept and accessible.
- Maintain records of fuel, deliveries, inductions, vehicle checks, and related items on a daily basis.
- Check hazard reports and advise HSE on a daily basis.
- Reconcile vehicle pre‑start against the plant register and contractor information on a weekly basis.
- Reconcile sign‑in data against daily reports to confirm the number of personnel on site on a weekly basis.
- Reconcile completed critical control verifications (CCVs) on a daily basis.
- Maintain and manage Take 2’s check and trend data from all contractors on a weekly basis.
- Reconcile fuel and consumables from contractors into the weekly report.
- Manage the plant register and reconcile plant against our documents, i.e. reports, on a weekly basis.
- Review and update the contact list with HSE on a monthly basis and update the weekly report with contractor data.
- Develop handover notes for the Project Administrator, Site Manager and HSE Manager.
- Issue ID cards to all permanent personnel on the project on an ad‑hoc basis.
- Maintain the card register, including STW, visitors and deliveries.
- Organise and manage travel/transport and services such as generators, toilets and fuel, etc.
- Monitor general supplies for the site office and other ad‑hoc responsibilities as required by the project and site managers. What you’ll have
