- Clear pathways to grow into senior leadership roles across 30+ venues About the role Reporting to the Venue Manager and leadership team, you’ll be responsible for service delivery across the bistro during your shift, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. What you’ll do
- Lead service across the bistro
- Build rapport with regulars and make every guest feel welcome
- Support, coach, and develop your team on shift
- Maintain service standards including cleanliness and venue presentation
- Coordinate clear communication with leadership to support smooth daily service What we’re looking for
- Experience in a food and beverage or hospitality leadership role
- Hands-on approach with confidence leading service from the floor
- Ability to coach, support, and develop a team during shift operations
- Comfortable working in a social hospitality environment with regular peak trade
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong customer focus in all situations
