**About Us**

Honour Care (Shiny Care Pty Ltd) is a registered NDIS provider, committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to our clients. We are currently seeking a **male support worker** to assist a **young male client** living in South Maclean / Logan, QLD.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
- Support with meal preparation, light household duties, and community access
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Follow the client’s care plan and NDIS requirements

**Requirements**:

- **Male support worker** (client preference)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent or higher)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- **Current Blue Card**
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification
- Open driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Completion of NDIS Orientation Module
- Reliability, patience, and robust interpersonal skills
- Previous support work experience is highly regarded
