Oral Health Therapist - Urgently Hiring (Flagstone)

We are looking for an Oral Health Therapist who understands the importance of building lifelong relationships with patients based on trust, quality work and exceptional patient care. Together with our team of dentists, oral health therapist and dental assistants, we are committed to supporting you in realising your full clinical potential in the role. Located in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, Flagsmile Dental was the first dental practice in Flagstone. Established in 2017, Flagstone is one of the fastest growing areas in Australia. Flagsmile Dental is the premier practice in Flagstone because of the quality of care we provide, and for our involvement in the community. Qualifications & experience *Bachelor’s degree in Oral Health (or equivalent) that is recognised by the Dental Board of Australia *Registration with the Dental Board of Australia (AHPRA) Tasks & responsibilities *Diagnose and treat periodontal conditions, including taking a health history and dental charting *Provide dental care for children and adolescents including examining oral and dental conditions, restore and conserve permanent and deciduous teeth, perform extractions of deciduous teeth. With adult scope, would be able to provide care to adults under certain circumstances *Work in partnership with the dentists in diagnosis and treatment planning of patients to maintain or restore oral health *Administer local anaesthetic, dental radiographs and digital scans *Assist in providing orthodontic treatment (braces and clear aligners)
