About the role

We are hiring a Medical Receptionist to join our Jimboomba clinic. The ideal candidate will have radiology admin/reception experience and be comfortable working with patients and practitioners both face to face and over the phone, and navigating various technology and systems.

Clinic hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

Customer service and care

Make exam bookings

MRI bookings

General clerical duties

Patient record management

Medicare billing and banking
