A renowned leading Real Estate agency, #1 in their head office based suburb is expanding, and we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Marketing Media Manager to join our awesome fun team.

Providing an image and video based marketing plan to ensure the agency has increased exposure and brand awareness
- Photography of properties and staff
- Videography of properties and staff day to day behind the scenes
- Editing imagery and videos
- Uploading to platforms
- Tracking insights
- Following trends
- Staying relevant
- Client liaison at properties
- Creating and managing marketing material including hard copy flyers, e-newsletters, SMS, EDM’s and all social media posts
- Responsible for taking regular photos and videos to post to social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
- Creating, initiating and executing a Brand focussed Marketing Plan that drives customers to our brand within our Target Market to ensure the business remains relevant, professional and fun!

No experience in the Real Estate Industry required, however you must possess the following attributes:

- Training and proven skills with videography and photography
- Solid IT Skills being proficient with various programs and software including (but not limited to) Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, Microsoft office, Google Workspace, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Ability to blog, vlog and communicate on social media sites
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Team player with a mature and skilled demeanor
- Must work well under pressure and be adaptable to change
- High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly, outgoing and approachable personality
- Live within 20Kms on 4280 region
- Open Driving License
