Description
**YFS are looking for skilled professionals who can think outside the box and who are eager to contribute to our crisis intervention team.**

As the Domestic and Family Violence Case Manager you will walk alongside women experiencing domestic and family violence to enhance their immediate safety and well-being through trauma-informed case management and education. As a skilled practitioner, with domestic and family violence experience, you are adept at creating safety plans and assessing ongoing risks.

**About the job**

**Role location**:Jimboomba**. Our Jimboomba office is only 30 minutes from Logan and Springfield, and a one-hour drive from the Gold Coast.

**Role type**: Maximum term, full-time until 30/6/2026

**Pay range**: $101,106 a year/$51.00 an hour based on experience, with salary packaging exempt from Fringe Benefits Tax available.

**In this role you will**:

- Identify and assess risk and resource women to develop and follow their safety plans to increase their immediate safety
- Provide practical support, information and facilitate access to relevant services to address health, parenting, financial, employment support, legal, and other counselling needs. This may include meeting clients in a safe location in the community and providing transport to access services
- Build and foster collaborative partnerships with other agencies and stakeholders, contribute to the ISR and maintain effective, accountable services to clients.
