- Full‑time, long-term employment
- $45–$52 per hour (depending on skills and experience) + allowances, with room to increase as the business grows
- Adaptable start/finish times, with the option for occasional 4 longer days and a 3‑day weekend when it suits the schedule

- Birthday leave — because we value our people The Role You’ll be working across residential and light commercial jobs, including:
- Installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Switchboard upgrades and fault‑finding
- Working independently and within a team
- Communicating clearly with clients and providing a high standard of service
- Using Tradify software for job management
- Representing the business with professionalism and care About You We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified electrician with current licences
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Communicates well with clients and teammates
- Takes pride in neat, high‑quality work and pays attention to detail
- Is reliable, organised, and self‑motivated
- Wants to grow with the business long‑term Requirements
· Certificate III in Electrotechnology
· Current QLD Electrical Work Licence
· White Card (or willingness to obtain)
· Current driver's license
