- 6 months, Joondalup Campus OPEN TO ECU STAFF ONLY CURRICULUM SUPPORT AND GOVERNANCE OFFICER GRADUATE RESEARCH JOONDALUP CAMPUS $58.78 per hour CASUAL, approximately 1 day per week for 6 months The Role We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Curriculum Support and Governance Officer to join our team. This position plays a key role in coordinating and supporting curriculum projects for the Graduate Research team, that oversees the PhD courses across the University. **You will**: Ensure compliance with internal and external governance and regulatory requirements. Manage timelines, data collation, and documentation for curriculum development and course reviews. Coordinate and support curriculum transformation and improvement initiatives. Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders including regulatory bodies, academic and professional staff, and governance teams. Experience The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following: Completion of a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, with subsequent experience in administration and complex project support. Demonstrated experience working effectively with external stakeholders and/or regulatory authorities. Strong ability to write, edit, and prepare formal documentation for both internal and external audiences to a high professional standard. Proven ability to deliver efficient, high-quality service in a complex and deadline-driven setting. Ability to provide high-level support while managing competing priorities and maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective networks across a large and complex organisation. Familiarity with curriculum-related processes and/or Higher Degree by Research (HDR) courses (desirable) Applicants will be able to demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Courage, and Personal Excellence.
