The Role **The primary functions of this position are to**: Act as Executive Officer to several specific Committees/Boards of the University, by coordinating the flow of information and decision making in accordance with relevant legislation, statutes and ECU’s Standing Orders and Corporate Governance Statement; Provide clear and accurate advice on university governance processes to both internal and external customers; Maintain effective governance processes including management of various registers, recordkeeping and undertaking other operational functions as required; and You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry Personal Excellence and Courage. Benefits & Remuneration This full time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $100,512 to $112,622 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
