Integrity & Investigations Manager (Joondalup)

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated leader to join ECU’s Investigations and Integrity team. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual, who is proactive and capable of leading from the front in a role which is both very diverse and rewarding. This role provides advice and support to the Vice-Chancellor and executives on complaints, appeals processes, integrity frameworks (including fraud and misconduct) and investigations. This role also oversees all student misconduct, gender based violence and integrity investigations, and provides strategic advice and plans to assist ECU to achieve best practice. To be considered for this role you must have a tertiary qualification with extensive relevant experience and proven management expertise, or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training. You will also need to provide evidence of demonstrated experience in providing high quality and timely advice to directors/boards, senior management and staff on matters such as misconduct, integrity, investigations and complaints. To be successful in the role you will need to be an accomplished communicator, self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Key Accountabilities The key accountabilities can be found in the attached, and include, amongst others: Leading the ECU integrity and investigations team, as part of ECU’s legal and integrity unit. Leading the coordination, investigation, and management of student conduct and integrity matters. Managing ECU’s complaint handling process, including responses to external investigative and regulatory bodies. Providing strategic advice to Senior Management/Executive to achieve best practice.
