**About the Role**

As a Production Team Member, you’ll be part of the team that makes the magic happen behind the scenes. You’ll prepare, bake, and decorate our iconic doughnuts, ensuring they meet Krispy Kreme’s quality standards. It’s a role that requires attention to detail, pride in your work, and a commitment to food safety and teamwork.

**What are you responsible for?**
- Preparing, baking, decorating, and packing doughnuts to Krispy Kreme quality standards
- Following WHS (Workers Health and Safety) and Food Safety standards to keep the workplace safe and our products perfect
- Using Krispy Kreme’s tools and systems to ensure consistency and quality in every product
- Maintaining cleanliness of the production work area and equipment
- Monitoring doughnut-making equipment and reporting any issues to your Team Leader or Manager
- Working as part of a team to deliver high standards, efficiency, and safety across the production line
