We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to support the daily operations of our team. This role is responsible for coordinating staff schedules, maintaining client communication, overseeing service delivery workflows, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Flexible working hours\school are available for the right candidate.
Salary in advertisment is based on full time hours, and will be adjusted based on your work hours.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate technician schedules, onsite visits, and staff availability. Liaise with clients regarding appointments, service updates, and operational matters. Manage client communications when staff are unavailable or appointments need to be rescheduled. Monitor and follow up on service desk tickets to ensure timely responses and resolution. Liaise with third-party vendors, suppliers, contractors, and external providers to coordinate services and resolve operational matters. Assist with handling client concerns and complaints in a professional manner. Coordinate travel arrangements including flights and accommodation for staff when required. Support operational processes and help improve workflow efficiency across the business. Maintain regular communication with staff to ensure workloads and priorities are managed effectively.
Desired Skills & Experience Robust organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in administration, operations coordination, or service delivery within an IT or MSP environment preferred. Familiarity with service desk or ticketing systems is advantageous.
