An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Receptionist/Administration Officer to join our admin team at CET Joondalup. This role is being offered as a full-time role, either working a 5 day standard working week or a condensed 4-day work week. Your duties and responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients and employees
- Ensure requests are responded to in a timely manner
- Provide consistent and accurate information to students and employees
- Record necessary information and ensuring it is accurate and relevant in the databases
- Enter archiving details and scanning
- Type, edit and proof documents, employee materials and reports
- Conduct proof reading of written materials
- Minute taking during meetings
- Liaise with government departments as required
- Photocopying, binding and printing resources
- Administer fee-for-service courses as allocated
- Map invoices to cost centres
- Receive payments from students
- Weekly cash banking
- Check CTF eligibility
- End of day reconciliations What you'll need to succeed:
- Highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Ability to use initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail Essential:
- Certificate III in Business or relevant experience
- Moderate to high level of computer literacy
- Experience using the Microsoft Suite of products Desirable:
- Experience working in an RTO or training workplace What we offer:
