- Supportive small team environment Job Description: Fencepro WA Pty Ltd is a growing Joondalup-based business specialising in fencing, retaining walls, paving, backyard renovations and outdoor improvement works. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and physically capable person to join us in a casual role. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn practical skills, work outdoors, and grow with a small business. No experience is necessary for the right person. We are prepared to train someone who has the right attitude, is willing to work hard, and turns up ready to learn. About the role You will assist with a variety of outdoor and site-based tasks, including:
- Fencing installation
- Retaining wall work
- Paving and site preparation
- Backyard renovation projects
- Landscaping and garden improvement work
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Site setup, clean-up and pack down
- General labouring and trade assistant duties
- Using hand and power tools safely This is a casual role, with hours depending on workload, weather and project schedule. Essential requirements To be considered, you must have:
- The right to work in Australia (NO Holiday Visas, NO Bridging Visas, NO Sponsorship)
- A valid driver’s licence & transport
- A current White Card
- The physical fitness and strength required for labour-intensive outdoor work
- The ability to reliably travel to Joondalup and surrounding job sites
- A strong work ethic
- Good reliability and punctuality
- A willingness to listen, learn and follow instructions Experience is not essential, but the following will be highly regarded:
- Experience in fencing
- Experience in retaining walls
- Experience in paving
- Experience in landscaping, gardening or backyard renovations
- Experience in construction or general labouring
- Confidence using hand tools and power tools
- Own transport
