Research Systems and Reporting Adviser (Joondalup)

Research Services provides strategic and operational support to the University's research programs and has a crucial role in developing the University's research capability and facilitating the University's research outcomes, through its Schools and Institutes. This opportunity is for an experienced systems administration skilled. This role will play a key role in the provision of all business process support for the University’s research administration systems to ensure they efficiently and effectively underpin critical research services and associated reporting requirements. Key Criteria A knack for effectively collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, Exceptional technical skills, Attention to detail is crucial, Proficiency in executing tasks related to operational, management, and enterprise-level reporting, Experience using third party data visualisation and reporting tools such as PowerBi, Tableau, and IBM Cognos would be an advantage, Proficiency using other Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, PowerApps and PowerAutomate would also be an advantage.
