The School of Science The School of Science has a strong track record of excellence in teaching and research in Computer Science, Information Technology, Security and Cyber Security, Mathematics, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Natural Science and Environmental Management. Based at both Joondalup and Bunbury campuses of ECU, the School of Science aims to maintain teaching and research excellence through recruitment of new staff. About the Opportunity Join us in shaping the future of the School of Science. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Associate Dean (International and Strategic Partnerships) to lead our international engagement and partnership initiatives. **In this influential role, you will**: Drive and expand the School’s international programs and collaborations, aligning them with the University’s global strategy. Build and strengthen strategic relationships with partners around the world. Work closely with the School Executive to ensure active representation in University-level international committees and forums. Combine academic insight with strong administrative and leadership skills to advance the School’s internationalisation goals. This position offers the opportunity to represent the School nationally and internationally, with travel that may occasionally extend beyond standard working hours. About you **You will be able to demonstrate**: Proven experience in leading diverse and collaborative teams; Willingness and ability to travel, both nationally and internationally; Familiarity with Australian higher education policies, principals, frameworks and legislation; Ability to develop, operationalise, and review international programs, collaborations, and outreach; and Comprehensive understanding of ECU’s policies, rules, and procedures related to internationalisation.
