Student Life

The Student Life Directorate delivers services and evidence-based programs for current students that aims to contribute to improved health and wellbeing; as well as supporting students to succeed in their higher education studies. The Directorate has three major teams focused on (1) Health and Wellbeing; (2) Students course advice, course progress and success; and (3) Student Experience and Student Voice. The Directorate focuses on taking a person-centred approach when engaging with students; collaboration across Schools and Directorates and continuous quality improvement to make a transformational and meaningful impact on students experience at University.

About the Opportunity

You will join a cooperative, purpose-driven team shaping the student experience at ECU. As a member you will be responsible for: Leading and operationalising student engagement initiatives that drive belonging, connection and participation across the student lifecycle.

Building and sustaining strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver inclusive, coordinated and high-impact programs.

Developing and driving a high-performing team, ensuring effective evidence-based planning, delivery and continuous improvement of engagement activities.
