**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a permanent full time Room Leader at our Heathridge Early Learning Centre.

Our centre has a beautiful outdoor environment for children to learn and play. Be a part of those first educational moments in a rewarding and interesting role.

Take that next step in your career and support children’s learning and development as a Room Leader. In this role you’ll be an Educational Leader and will be responsible for planning and implementing exciting, informative programs that will support children’s development and growth while ensuring they are learning in a friendly, secure and stimulating environment.

**About you**

You’ll be passionate about being a part of children’s learning and development. You’ll be looking to take that next step in your career and develop your leadership skills.
- AQF Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent
- Ability to work full time hours with rotational shifts
- Prior Room Leader experience is not essential!
- Experience in developing and implementing programs
- A passion for supporting children to learn and grow
- Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Provide First Aid (HTLAID012) and CPR or willing to obtain
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
