About the Role

Green by Nature creates and maintains some of Australia and New Zealand’s most loved parks, gardens, and sports fields. We are looking for a Sports Turf Management Apprentice to join our team and complete a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management while gaining hands‑on experience.

This is a excellent chance to build a long-term career working on high-quality sports grounds and community spaces.

What you'll do

Assist with mowing, irrigation, fertilising, and turf care

Support sports field preparation including line marking and event setup

Learn to operate turf machinery and equipment

Assist with seasonal turf renovations and maintenance

Follow safety procedures and participate in team toolbox talks

What we're looking for

Willingness to complete Certificate III in Sports Turf Management

Completed Year 10 (or equivalent)

Interest in outdoor work and sports turf

Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
