The Role The School’s Operations Team provides multi-disciplinary administrative support throughout the School of Business and Law. This role will work closely with both academic and professional staff within the School to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly. Experience in providing administrative support within a large organisation; Demonstrated high level of administrative skills with attention to detail, accurately maintaining administrative systems and procedures; Demonstrated organisational customer service and time management skills with the ability to prioritise numerous competing tasks with mínimal supervision to meet deadlines and ensure targeted quality outcomes; Demonstrated high level of skills in using standard software and database packages, including MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Adobe Pro in particular document formatting and collation; Interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop good relationships and ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Experience with coordinating events (room bookings, catering, scheduling etc); Undergraduate qualification in a relevant field would be an advantage; Experience with committee support would be an advantage. Benefits & Remuneration This position attracts a remuneration of $74,435 to $79,279 PA (HEW 4) per annum plus 17% University superannuation contribution. ECU supports a work/life balance for staff.
