- Grow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full-time training and ongoing development.
- Be the first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members each day, providing support, guidance and reassurance.
- Confidently navigate multiple systems while delivering supportive, high-quality conversations with members.
- Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Work alongside a supportive, motivated team that encourages collaboration and celebrates success.
- Meet compliance requirements set by regulatory standards This is a fulltime permanent position working 8 hours in length between Monday-Friday: 6am-10.30pm, Saturday – Sunday: 8am-6pm. About you We’re looking for adaptable customer service professionals who bring:
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a team
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- Empathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situations
- Available to work required shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where applicable
