Practice Manager (Accounting practice) – Part or full time Located in a fantastic location (Northern suburbs of Perth) with lots of car parking and close to public transport our clients are a 20 staff highly successful accounting practice. The practice has been established for over 20 years and has a large range of clients across Western Australia offering services within accounting (Tax and Business advisory), Consulting, Bookkeeping, Financial planning and SMSF accounting. Responsibilities
- Scheduling and monitoring workloads
- Company secretarial processing for the practice
- Practice invoicing
- Follow up of overdue accounts
- Process improvements and quality manual updates
- Staff recruitment and contracts/inductions for new staff
- Small administrative team supervision
- General day‑to‑day management of a busy accounting practice Qualifications
- Experience within a public practice environment, preferably an accounting or financial advisory/planning practice
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a professional office setting with minimal direction
- Experience with company secretarial, work scheduling
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience or qualifications would be an advantage but not essential
- Xero/Myob software experience an advantage Benefits
- Salary of between $110,000 to $125,000 + super pro rata
- Part time hours would be across 3 to 5 days (hours negotiable)
- No work from home – office based role only
