Member Solutions Consultant (City of Joondalup)

Join our Joondalup Contact Centre in June as a Member Solutions Consultant and be among the first point of contact for more than 1.3 million members. Responsibilities
- Grow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full‑time training and ongoing development.
- Serve as the first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members each day, providing support, guidance and reassurance.
- Confidently navigate multiple systems while delivering supportive, high‑quality conversations with members.
- Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Work alongside a supportive, motivated team that encourages collaboration and celebrates success.
- Meet compliance requirements set by regulatory standards.
- Work full‑time permanent shifts (Monday–Friday: 6am–10.30pm, Saturday–Sunday: 8am–6pm) including nights, weekends and public holidays where applicable. Qualifications
- Adaptable customer service professionals.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members.
- Experience working in fast‑paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a team.
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Empathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situations.
- Available to work required shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays where applicable.
