Food Services Assistant

Part-Time | Afternoon Shift

Esperance Anglican Community School (EACS) is seeking a reliable and capable Food Services team member to manage the preparation and service of evening meals for boarding students and staff. This is a role suited to someone who is organised, productive, and confident working autonomously in a commercial kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and serve evening meals for boarding students and staff


· Plan and organise meal preparation for service times

· Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness

· Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

Candidate Profile

· Previous experience infood service, catering, or hospitality is preferred


· Confident working independently and managing kitchen operations for the evening meal

· Solid organisation and time management skills

· Taking pride in preparing quality meals and maintaining a clean workspace

· Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

· Hold, or willing to obtain, relevant food handling certifications
