Melbourne VIC | Full-time | Security Services | Growth & Client Management Role A growing National security services provider is looking for a confident and commercially minded Client Relationship and Growth Manager to help strengthen client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support the next stage of business growth across Victoria. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, opening doors, and turning good conversations into long-term business relationships. You won’t be sitting behind a desk waiting for leads. You’ll be out in the market, meeting clients, understanding their needs, and working closely with the operations team to deliver practical security solutions. About the role You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, attending meetings and site inspections, supporting proposals, and representing the business professionally across the Victorian market. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in security, facilities management, labour hire, cleaning, property services, recruitment, or another B2B service industry. Key responsibilities
- Build and manage strong client relationships across Victoria
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking opportunities
- Prepare and follow up quotes, proposals, and capability documents
- Work closely with the operations team to understand client needs
- Support tender submissions and business development activity
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities
- Provide market feedback and support business growth strategy
- Represent the business professionally with clients and stakeholders What we’re looking for
- Experience in client relationship management, account management, business development, or B2B sales
- Security industry experience will be highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence dealing with clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders
- Ability to generate leads and follow up opportunities
- Commercial mindset and professional presentation
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Good written communication skills for proposals and client follow-up
