Job Description

Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights.

Monitor cash flow and develop strategies for financial sustainability.

Lead and mentor the small but productive team.

Review and enhance internal controls.

Coordinate and manage year-end audits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller will be able to demonstrate:

Skilled accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA.

Proven experience as a finance manager/controller.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in multiple accounting software's + excel.

Outstanding leadership capabilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
