**How you will make contributions that matter**

We are seeking a Flow Controller to join our **Afternoon Shift**team at our state-of-the-art, highly automated production facility in Laverton. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will ensure the optimal utilization of the ILC Warehouse by monitoring time slots for inbound and outbound movements and supporting task allocation to operators to maintain seamless operations.
- Support overall inbound, outbound, and operations execution across the ILC site.
- Monitor and manage exception handling in the EWM environment.
- Ensure efficient execution of warehouse tasks and resource allocation.
- Facilitate smooth shift-to-shift handovers.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee incoming product, dispatch, and shipment loading.
- Develop and monitor shift schedules.
- Resolve SAP issues and act as the point of contact for system issues.

**About You**
- Experience in a Warehouse / Inventory environment.
- Proficiency in SAP and EWM environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving workplace.
