IT Field Support New (Murrin Murrin)

The Role Provide a high level of IT customer support across the business including:
- Configuration, installation, testing, monitoring and maintaining IT hardware and software
- Receiving and responding to incoming calls and emails
- Providing on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end-users
- Liaising with 3rd party support and PC vendors
- You will also be called on to provide input into IT projects About You This role would suit a qualified and experienced IT professional with:
- Demonstrated experience within a level 2 support role
- Excellent technical knowledge of PC/desktop hardware/internal components
- High proficiency in supporting Windows 11, and the standard operating environments
- A strong understanding of ITIL based service desk systems
- Highly effective interpersonal, customer service and documentation skills are essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology will be highly regarded
