The Role The Learning Support Coordinator will have a hands-on role, leading teachers to develop and implement student centered curriculum and assessment adjustments, to allow students with both diagnosed and imputed disabilities to achieve success within the school’s mainstream context. The Learning Support Coordinator will work in collaboration with staff to strengthen the professional development of teaching within the Special Educational Needs (SEN) domain. A high level of interpersonal skills and drive, with the ability to establish and maintain networks, both internally and externally, will be highly regarded. The successful applicant should have the ability to foster positive relationships with key stakeholders and provide timely support to students, staff and families using a student centered case management model. The successful applicant will ideally have exceptional organisational skills, including the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise, keep accurate records and the ability to analyse data to inform planning and practice that improves outcomes for students.
