About the Role We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our supportive fabrication workshop team in Kalgoorlie. Reporting to the Boilermaker Supervisor, you will utilise your fabrication and welding experience to carry out maintenance work, new builds, rebuilds, and repairs on a range of mining equipment. Work performed at WearForce includes, but is not limited to:
- Loader bucket new builds
- Bucket and truck tray repairs
- Wear package installation
- GET installation and maintenance

- Relevant Australian Boilermaker trade qualifications
- Previous fabrication and welding experience within mining or heavy industry
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- The ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- A current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- A current C Class Driver’s Licence (MR Licence desirable)
