From diagnostics to major repairs, you’ll bring CAT equipment back to life wherever the job takes you – on site, in the paddock, or out in the bush. - Onsite technical troubleshooting and fault finding including diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on Cat equipment and their components – hydraulics, transmissions and engines
- Providing outstanding customer service to our loyal customers
- Compiling and completing accurate reporting
- Working autonomously to manage your time and maximise efficiency
- Maintaining a protected and clean work environment
- Liaising with our internal service and parts department
- Maintaining a William Adams service vehicle About you
- Qualified Diesel Technician with experience on Caterpillar machines (preferred)
- 2+ years experience working in a Field Service role (preferred)
- Have advanced mechanical diagnostic skills with Cat computer diagnostics knowledge (great to have)
- A proactive and positive attitude, with robust work ethic
- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
- Hold a current Drivers Licence
- Proven ability to be self‑motivated and to work unsupervised Benefits
