EPIC is looking for a reliable, organised and people-focused Hospitality & Program Support Officer to join our inclusive café and training program in Kalgoorlie. The Role As the Hospitality & Program Support Officer, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality café, catering and hospitality services while helping create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers, staff and program participants. You’ll work closely with the Program Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, catering events, food preparation, stock control, administration, and inclusive training opportunities for people with disability. This role needs someone who is dependable, proactive and comfortable working across both hospitality and administration tasks. Position Details
- Part-time position – up to 20 hours per week
- Location: Kalgoorlie
- Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- Early starts and weekend work required
- Above-award pay offered

- Supporting café and catering operations to a high standard
- Working with clients to support tailored catering menus, including dietary requirements
- Preparing and presenting food and beverages safely and professionally
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Supporting catering events, including setup, service and post-event review
- Maintaining stock levels and assisting with ordering/inventory control
- Supporting rosters, timesheets and basic administration tasks
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Supporting a positive and inclusive training environment for people with disability
- Working as part of a team and contributing to a respectful, reliable and supportive workplace culture What You Bring You’re someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and understands that small details matter in hospitality. You can stay calm when things are busy, keep standards high, and treat customers, colleagues and participants with warmth and respect. Essential:
- Food Safety Supervisor qualification
- Previous experience working in a food or hospitality environment
- Robust understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Administration experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organised
- Reliable transport
- Availability for early starts and weekend work
- Ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds
- Current National Police Clearance issued within the last 3 months, or willingness to obtain one Desirable:
- Previous hospitality or catering experience
- Leadership or team supervision experience
- Experience with stock control, rostering or timesheet processes
