Cook for Fish Face Takeaway and Restaurant Salary Range: $76,000
- $80,000 a year Job Type: Full-time Fish Face Restaurant in Esperance are looking for a hardworking, team player, who can handle the pressure of a busy seafood kitchen, located in Esperance near beach location. We specialize in fresh seafood but also provide full dinner menu including a range of deserts and salads. Candidates must have experience working in a similar seafood related high volume business. Job Duties will include
· Filleting and portioning a range of fish
· Cutting and crumbing calamari
· Grilling, deep frying, pan and wok frying a range of fresh and frozen seafoods
· Preparing salads, cooking sauces and deserts.
· Cleaning and upkeep of kitchen equipment and premise
· Receiving and controlling stock in relation to the estimated food requirements
· Managing storage of foods in compliance with correct health, safety, and temperature guidelines as directed
· The roster will include weekend work Qualification and work experience requirements: ·Certificate Three and one year of experience or at least three years of relevant experience Apply by submitting your detailed resume.
