Description
Watershift Group have an chance for a permanent part-time Administration Officer / Bookkeeper working 3 days per week.

Watershift Group is an Australian manufacturer and provider of high-quality water-related products situated in Griffin QLD.

Some Duties & Responsibilities:

- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable duties using MYOB
- Enter Purchase Orders
- Entering Payroll data & maintain Staff leave records
- Bank Reconciliations
- Arrange courier collections
- Answering phone calls

To be considered for this role you must have the following skills and experience:

- MYOB experience (At least 5 years)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Office 365
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00
- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- No weekends

**Education**:

- Certificate I
- IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- MYOB: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
