The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager who wants more than just another Property Manager position. You’ll have full end-to-end responsibility for a well-maintained portfolio of 250 properties, supported by a structure designed to set you up for success. What We’re Looking For Valid Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate Demonstrated experience in Property Management (3+ years preferred) Robust client relationship and communication skills Kolmeo software knowledge preferred but not essential Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and team-minded attitude
