We are seeking a dedicated Packing Operator to join our team and contribute to our manufacturing operations at Ridley AgriProducts in Narangba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality control measures, and ensuring the efficient and safe production of goods. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding our company values.

The Role

As a Packing Operator, you will be responsible for:


- Operating and monitoring packing equipment to ensure efficient production and packing.
- Performing quality checks and maintaining product specifications.
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhering to safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean work area.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and improve processes. You will have


- Forklift license
- A commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
