Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our team and play a key role in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality control measures, and ensuring the effective and safe production of goods. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines Monitor production process to ensure high quality standards are met Perform troubleshooting on equipment as needed Follow production schedules and work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain and safe and clean work environment

Skills and Experience:

Forklift license Previous experience in manufacturing or production operation preferred (transferrable skills welcome) Ability to follow instructions Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members
