- Leading a team of dedicated and passionate Educators to create a safe and secure environment where children are supported and encouraged to be engaged, creative and curious.
- Guiding the day-to-day operations of the Centre alongside your Centre Leadership Team.
- Communicate directly with our experienced and supportive Area Managers, General Manager and Approved Provider and Head Office Team.
- You will participate in Quarterly Centre Manager professional development conferences and ongoing professional development to continue your ongoing learning journey.
- You will be encouraged to contribute to and uphold the Vision, Mission and Philosophy of LEAD Childcare.
- You will inspire a team of passionate Educators to implement quality programs and embed policies and procedures into child focused Centre practices, routines and rituals.
- Create long lasting connections with our families and staff as well as the wider community.
- Support the Centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

What you will need to SUCCEED!
- Hold or willing to obtain a Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and care and or relevant qualifications
- Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID012)
- Current CPR certificate (HLTAID009)
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training certificate
- Current Working with Children check (or Blue Card), as required under the legislation
- Current Child Protection Certificate
- Relevant Food and Fire Safety Certificates

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.84
- $35.20 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
